It's possible to play better chess as a team beyond what could be done as individuals. Regardless of skill level, everyone has something to contribute and gain.
Some players may be awesome at openings while others are awesome at tactics or in the end game. Everyone has their own unique experiences and perspectives. We win as a team when we share them.
