My step dad taught me how to move the pieces when I was growing up. He passed away in 2019. Early in the year 2024, I had an epiphany that maybe in heaven God has a chess club or parks that have chess tables. So I'm practicing, studying and getting as good at the game as best as I can in this life in case we can get a divine opportunity in the next life to reunite over-the-board.
